What is the PM Podcast about?
The project management podcast will be interviewing real-world project managers keeping to a simple format. Asking each PM to share their worst PM experience and their best PM experience. This format allows the listener to hear what went well and what did not go so well and importantly understand the reasons for that success and failures, allowing them to take this learning’s into their own projects
I will also be asking you to answer in a quick-fire round called the war room, questions include:
· What is your biggest weakness as a PM
· What is your biggest Strength as a PM
· What is your best resource tool like Microsoft Project or Plans on a wall that you would not execute a project without?
· What are you reading at the moment
· What business/ project books would you recommend?
· What advice would you give to other PMs
As a final point, I will be asking each PM to provide one deliverable/ document that I will host on the PM Podcast website to help other PM’s to become more successful in their projects. – We will spend between 2-5 minutes describing this deliverable.
